QuiDit Terms of Service

The service

QuiDit is a social prediction game for friend groups. Users create predictions, invite others to vote, and creators settle outcomes to update leaderboards. The service is for entertainment and friendly use.

Eligibility and identity

• You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country.
• QuiDit uses anonymous device-based accounts.
• You may set a display name and use a recovery key to move your identity to another device.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your recovery key. Lost keys and lost devices may mean lost access.

User content and conduct

You are responsible for predictions, votes, messages, display names, and room content you create or share.

Predictions and settlements

Predictions are user-generated entertainment. They are not financial advice, legal advice, binding contracts, or gambling offers. Only the prediction creator may settle a call. Settlement reflects the creator's good-faith judgment, and QuiDit does not adjudicate disputes between users.

Rooms and membership

Room creators and members share responsibility for who is invited. You may leave a room at any time. Room creators may manage membership subject to app features.

Ownership and third-party services

QuiDit, its branding, and software are owned by GullyDev or its licensors. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the service.

The app may link to WhatsApp or other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer and liability

QuiDit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuiDit and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Termination, changes, and law

• You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account in the app.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
• We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
• These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service operator is established, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
