Information we collect

Account and identityQuiDit uses anonymous authentication and assigns a random user ID to your device. You may add a display name and recovery key.

Game dataPredictions, votes, rooms, leaderboard scores, results, and metadata needed to run the game.

NotificationsIf you enable push notifications, we store a push token for room and prediction alerts.

How we use information

Run rooms, predictions, votes, settlements, and leaderboards.
Restore your anonymous identity when you use a recovery key.
Send optional notifications and handle support or abuse reports.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Where data is stored

QuiDit stores local app data on your device and cloud game data on backend infrastructure such as Supabase. Cloud traffic uses encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.

Sharing

Your display name, predictions, votes, and results are visible to members of rooms you join. We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service, notification services you enable, or when required by law or safety obligations.

Your choices

ProfileChange or remove your display name in the app profile.

NotificationsDisable push notifications in device settings.

RoomsLeave rooms you no longer want to use.

DeleteUse Profile, Delete account to remove cloud data and clear local storage on that device.

Retention and security

We keep data while your account is active and as needed to operate QuiDit. Account deletion removes associated cloud data within a reasonable period, subject to backups and legal obligations.

We use encrypted transport and backend access controls. QuiDit is not directed at children under 13 or the minimum age in your country.
